Lesson Policies
We offer two payment plans for our swimming lessons :
Plan A ~ Pay Per Lesson
Plan B ~ Pay Per Month *discounted rate
1. Payment
i. Lesson fees are collected monthly, before the first lesson of the month
ii. If you attend fewer than 4 lessons in a month due to Public Holidays or Medical Reasons only, we will adjust your payment to the Plan A rate for that month.
iii. Any balance will be offset against the following month's payment.
2. Attendance
i. Weekly lessons are reserved & fixed.
ii. Cancellations : to be raised in the class WhatsApp group chat for record purposes.
iii. 5th week, *29th, 30th & 31st of the months no lesson
iv. Public Holidays no lessons. Make-up via *Option 1 or *Option 2
v. Missed lessons (valid mc, overseas trip, or adverse weather suspension) : make-up via *Option 1 or *Option 2
*Option 1 : Attend a make-up lesson within the same month, at an alternative slot arranged by coach (subject to availability)
*Option 2 : The missed lesson will be billed at the Plan A rate, with the difference refunded via PayNow at month-end
3. Adverse Weather * guided by NEA's myENV mobile app
i. Lighten Risk : Theory lesson, swimming land drills and strengthening exercises will be conducted
ii. Haze risk : We follow our own haze plan, based on NEA’s PM2.5 readings > see our haze plan here.
4. For Record Purpose
~ Please update BUDDY SPORTS PTE LTD the payment records via screenshot to our WhatsApp Group. Thank you
WhatsApp Group Chat & Media Release *applied to Plan A & Plan B
i. WhatsApp Group Chat will be created for all classes. All information and communication will be done in the group chat for record purpose
ii. Lessons may be recorded in photos / videos to be used for keeping wonderful memories for the students or for media, promotional, academic, and training purposes. If you disagree, please advise us in writing and we will take extra care to exclude your child.
