• Convenient Locations : We are based at the Delta Swimming Complex and Queenstown Swimming Complex.
• Adult-Friendly Environment : Both locations provide a great atmosphere and the right facilities for adult learners.
• Easy Accessibility :
- Delta Swimming Complex: Just a short walking distance from Redhill MRT.
- Queenstown Swimming Complex : Just a short walking distance from Queenstown MRT.
• For Total Beginners :
• No Fear : We specialize in adults who are starting from zero or have a fear of water.
• Shallow Water : You will always be in a depth where you can stand up and feel safe.
• The Goal : To quickly give you the foundation to swim safely, confidently, and independently.
• For Current Swimmers :
• Stroke Correction : If you can swim but get tired easily, Coach Ling will fix your technique.
• Efficiency : We focus on breathing and body position so you can swim longer distances with less effort.
• Advanced Goals : Whether it’s for fitness or a triathlon, we work out a plan to meet your specific targets.
• Coach Ling’s Assessment :
• Everyone starts with a check : During the first lesson, I personally assess your current level (beginner or improver).
• The Result : Whether you are starting today or just want to get better, my goal is for you to be part of the 90% who succeed within 5 to 10 lessons.

- 1 to 1 Lessons : 45 minutes of intensive, personalized coaching.
- Small Group Lessons : 60 minutes of interactive learning.
• Efficient Learning: My "Visual & Verbal" style is designed to help you become Calm, Confident, and Capable as quickly as possible.
• Faster Independence: Because we don't rely on physical holding, you learn the logic of the movement and build real confidence much sooner.
• Just your swimwear and goggles. Coach Ling provides all other training equipment.
• Professional Team : Yes, we have a professional team to ensure a respectful and comfortable environment for all.

• No physical contact needed : It is not necessary to be held or moved to learn.

• Yes & No: It depends on where your lesson is.
• Delta Swimming Complex: We have a sheltered learning pool, so lessons usually continue.
• Queenstown Swimming Complex: There is no shelter, so we may need to reschedule.
• Safety First: In the event of lightning (CAT 1), all lessons must stop immediately for your safety.
• Stay Updated: Coach Ling will update you via WhatsApp if there are any changes due to weather.
• Standard Policy : No, there are typically no lessons on Public Holidays.
• By Request : If you really need a session, you can request one! Coach Ling will check his schedule to see if he can accommodate you.
• Advance Notice : Please ask at least one week early so we can plan ahead.
• 24-Hour Notice : We understand work is busy! Please give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule.
• Catch-Up Week : If you miss a class, you can request to attend two sessions the following week to catch up.
• Fixed Expiry : Please note that even with a makeup, your package end date stays the same.
• Availability : Makeup slots depend on the current schedule and coach availability.
• Trial Fee : Yes! You can start with a single trial class at my standard per session rate.
• Decide After : If you are happy and satisfied after the first session, you can then move forward and purchase a full package.
• No Big Commitment First : This lets you experience Coach Ling’s teaching style before you decide.
